Established more than 20 years ago, Founder Sally Z. Cernie, Ph.D had a vision in which to provide an alternative health practice that would focus on balancing the mind with body and spirit. This vision would allow for total well-being which includes complimentary health modalities that had previously been overlooked by many professions.
Dr. Cernie accomplishes this vision by using the scientifically proven and accepted practice of hypnotherapy which combines counseling with hypnosis. Hypnosis is the state of profound relaxation and heightened suggestibility which expands one’s awareness to received positive instructions for improvement in virtually every area of one’s life.
The Cernie Institute is affiliated with Valley Hypnosis Center which is a Certified School of Training and Clinical Hypnotherapy, Hypnosis, Homeopathy, Iridology, Pranic Healing, Reiki and Quantum Healing.
